Residents of Luton will soon benefit from 500 new affordable homes constructed by Wates Living Space as part of the New Homes for Luton project.

Invicta is delighted to be given the opportunity to provide the mechanical package at the Hart Hill and Wigmore Lane developments.

Following the successful completion of the Hart Hill Adventure Playground last year, Invicta has a further opportunity to cement its relationship with one of the countries leading house builders.

Invicta will also play an active role in the project's Added Value programme by using local trades and merchants, providing apprenticeships and work experience placements for the young people of Luton, and supporting other 'local' regeneration initiatives.
