Having successfully navigated through a rigourous pre-qualification and ITT process Invicta has secured the first project let under Camden’s M&E Framework Lot 5.
The Estate comprises five low rise blocks built in the 1950s containing approximately 180 flats, a mixure of leaseholders and tenants. Hot water and heating is supplied through a communal four-boiler system, although some residents do have individual hot water and heating systems in their homes.
Works will mainly comprise:
- The completion of the central boiler plant refurbishment and controls located at Campden House and the installation of a complete new 2-pipe primary heating distribution pipework system to all blocks.
- New incoming primary heating supplies to each block and risers to landing levels.
- New internal heating and domestic hot water installation and controls to all dwellings.
- New mains water service supplies to serve Noel, Campden and Hickes Houses.
Invicta is delighted to be undertaking work in this vibrant, cosmopolitan London borough and to developing a long and lasting working partnership with the Council.
