Experienced team member Jodie will be our Mental Health First Aider
As part of our commitment to the Building Mental Health Charter we are pleased to announce that one of our most experienced RLOs, Jodie, has taken up the position as our Mental Health First Aider.
She has over 10 years’ experience in the construction industry within London and brings that in-depth knowledge of all aspects to this role.
As well as her enhanced DBS disclosure allowing her to work with children and vulnerable adults, she has certificates in conflict in the workplace, safeguarding vulnerable adults, preventing workplace discrimination, and has prepared and delivered courses on Personal Safety and Lone Working Awareness Training to the RLO team.
She recently successfully completed the course as Mental Health First Aider with mhfaengland.org
