Invicta were delighted to work with the David Miles Partnership. on the upgrade of the plantroom at 169 Holland Park Avenue in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
The project involves the the stripping out and replacement of 2 x condensing gas fired boilers complete including flues, condense pipework, wiring , controls, pumps, Plate heat Exchanger, 2 x dosing pots pressure unit, valves, pipe work in basement plant room
The new equipment includes 2No Evomax NG packaged boilers, gas leak detection system, Grundfos magna, single wall flue, Southern Controls BMS panel,
Scaffolding was installed by a CISRS qualified contractor and inspected by our Nebosh certified Health and Safety manager.
