Invicta Building Services are delighted to be working with Medway Council on the heating upgrades in the Hoo Sports Centre in Rochester.
Following asbestos removal, the project involves the phased stripping out and replacement of 3№ existing life-expired MHS Regency 2 gas-fired boilers and the isolated modular Stelrad Super Concord 150 kW boilers, and additional equipment and flue liners.
The existing boilers will be replaced with 3No Stratton mk3 S3-150 wall hung condensing boilers, wall mounted pressurisation unit, and new flue liners.
The incumbent specialist, Palace-Tech, are installing a new BMS Panel.
As part of our commitment to Medway Council’s social values goals we use a DAVLAV GP360 Solar welfare unit giving 80% (1.2 kg P/H) reduction in fuel usage vs GP360D Diesel units.
