Following the successful project at the Bush Court tower, the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham have engaged Invicta to undertake similar works in the three other tower blocks on this estate, namely Shepherds Court, Roseford Court and Woodford Court.
Invicta will be cleaning and refurbishing the WC/bathroom communal extract ventilation systems. The company will also be supplying and installing a four new roof mounted communal extract fan units, including new power and controls and new ductwork to connect to the existing riser duct in each block.
Works will be undertaken within occupied dwellings and Invicta’s excellent track record of minimising disruption to residents’ daily routines, cleanliness whilst carrying out works and keeping to agreed appointments was doubtless an influencing factor in deciding upon the successful contractor.
