Invicta has recently forged a new partnering venture with Vinci Facilities Building Solutions Southern Region.
To cement this new partnership our two companies will embark upon a project to replace the heating and hot water services in the prison’s A&B Wings.
The scope of works covers the replacement of the space heating boiler plant and the hot water system boiler plant within each of wings; the work area includes the roof plant room for each building.
The designs will maximise space utilisation, ensuring that each plantroom is used appropriately to meet all operational and security requirements of the establishment.
Each wing is three storeys high with the plant room located in an enclosed roof top space.
