We are delighted to be working with the London Borough of Redbridge again assisting with their schools summer renewal programme.
This is very large school with 850 young pupils and the last couple of weeks of the project will have to be completed once the children have returned from their summer holidays.
We will be removing the existing two cast iron boilers and associated plant and replacing these with a new gas fired LPHW Boiler Plant, which comprising two fully condensing gas fired boilers, one condensing gas fired water heater, flues, combustion air supply & extract fans, ductworks, pumps, motorized valves pipe work, sealed system equipment, controls, control panel, thermal insulation, supports, brackets and all wiring and builders work necessary for the new installation.
A combustion air supply and extract fans, and associated ductworks will also be installed.
