Project Description
Built in 1992, Perry House provides retirement housing for residents, comprising 34 one bedroom apartments and 2 one bedroom bungalows.

L&Q have placed on order with this company to refurbish and replace the central heating system within the boiler plantroom. The works will include the following:

The removal of the existing gas fired boiler plant comprising of three steel boilers, there indirect copper hot water cylinders, flues, pumps, pipe work, valves, motorised zone valves, thermal insulation, F&E tank, brackets, controls, control panel, switchgear, supports and clips.

The installation of a new gas fired LPHW Boiler Plant comprising three fully condensing gas fired boilers, two indirect water heaters, flues, pumps, pipe work, sealed system equipment, controls, control panel, thermal insulation, all wiring and building work necessary for the new installation.

The project is valued at c£180k and is scheduled to be completed in 4 to 6 weeks; works begin in February 2019.

In addition to providing a highly qualified installation team, Invicta will also be providing an on-site manager with years of experience in supporting residents in sheltered schemes.
