St Silas Boiler Room looking a far cry from how it looked before our modernisation started
When we started the modernisation program in the original Headcorn boiler room which had supplied the St Silas Estate for many decades, few could have imagined how different it would look once our team had worked their magic on it.
The attached pictures show the finished article almost ready for handover.
A bright, well lit, plant room, 6 powerful Hoval boilers dominating the room, multiple coats of vinyl silk on the walls, and masonry floor paint on the floor to give this plant room a new lease of life for decades to come.
