Quality Policy

Invicta Building Services Ltd is a mechanical contractor providing a complete quality multi-disciplined contracting service with substantial capability in design, installation, planned maintenance, commissioning and project management.

The company’s head office is located in Hildenborough, near Sevenoaks in Kent. Site offices are established as necessary.

The company places particular emphasis on the objectives of providing customer satisfaction by meeting the specification agreed with the client. The company aims to work efficiently and to provide value for money by adhering to agreed schedules and budgets given the importance of the complete satisfaction of the end user.

The company applies a Quality Management System which includes any necessary training and definition of responsibilities of company employees.

Assurance that specified qualities are obtained is provided by the application of a comprehensive range of formal and documented procedures meeting the requirements of “ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems – Requirements”.

The company is committed to reviewing the quality objectives for continuing suitability; continuing the improvement of the effectiveness of the quality management system; and communicating the policy and objectives to all members of the company.

The company maintains information confidentiality and with the integrity and availability needed for business continuity.

This policy has been endorsed by Nick Gallagher, Managing Director and has the full support of the company’s senior management team. It is reviewed annually and updated if necessary.
