Boiler room refurbishment at Chatham residential block completed.
We recently handed over the finished project at The Esmonde House in Chatham to Medway Council.
This was an 8-week project involved the refurbishment of a ground level central boiler room in an occupied residential block, including the stripping out and replacement of the existing equipment.
We also installed 4No Strebel UK S-CBX 125 wall hung condensing boilers complete with flues, GRUNDFOS pump sets, control panels and #Coster controls, Strebel UK hot water calorifiers, #Elvaro T-25822-3000 cold water storage tanks and booster sets, pressurization units and ancillary pipework.
There was provision of temporary heating and hot water plant for the duration of the project.
