We are delighted once again to be working closely with DMP to complete the essential upgrade in the converted Victorian house which was built in circa 1800 in Bramham Gardens in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
This will include replacing the existing fans with 2No roof mounted in-line duct fans, rigid and flexible ductwork, associated electrical services, and associated builders work connecting to the kitchen, bathroom and hallway ceiling grilles within the 16 warden controlled flats
The various product suppliers include Domus Ventilation, Trox UK Tecnik, Complete Lighting, and Gilberts.
Due to the nature of the building and its residents every care is being taken to protect both.
