Invicta welcomes the opportunity to once again undertake a project for its valued client, Leathermarket JMB and for the residents of their Cardinal Bourne Estate, which is located in the London Borough of Southwark.
The area containing the Estate consists predominantly of flats and it can be considered more ethnically diverse than the UK average. Therefore, the company will appoint a very experienced Resident Liaison Officer who is well versed in managing the service proposition for residents from a diverse range of backgrounds.
The works will involve the replacement of the central boiler plant, the heating systems and hot water cylinders and CWST’s in each of the 44 flats.
The works are due to commence in September and be completed within a period of 16 weeks.
