Invicta were delighted to be working on behalf of Clarion Housing to complete the replacement of gas distribution pipework and gas meters at Gladstone House North, Sadler Close, Mitcham, CR4 3EJ.
The work involved replacing the gas supply on the second, third, and fourth floors. The new bulk gas meters were located externally at ground floor level in each block. Gas distribution pipework rose externally at the second floor level.
The pipework then extended to connect to 50No flats connecting the boiler and cooker including secondary gas meters, AECVs, test points, cooker bayonet fittings & valves.
Invicta were also responsible for making good all builders work associated with the installation of the new services.
