Eastry Court in Canterbury is another sheltered accommodation scheme whose heating and hot water services were in need on renewal.
The scheme comprises 19 self-contained flats that remained occupied whilst works were carried out, consequently downtime for both heating and hot water had to be minimised and the works completed to a challenging programme.
Invicta completed the works ahead of schedule without any disturbance to the elderly residents much to the appreciation of the scheme management, Dover District Council.
