Following close on the successful completion of the Kipling Estate project, Leathermarket JMB have now appointed Invicta principal contractor to replace the District Heating Scheme at this estate in Bermondsey.
Comprising a total of 124 homes the project will be carried out over three phases.
Phase 1 – Replacement of the main and sub plant room equipment, and new underground mains installation.
Phase 2 – Replacement of the secondary mains from the sub plant rooms to the dwellings.
Phase 3 – Replacement of heating & domestic services within all dwellings.
