We were delighted to work on a project at Sadler’s Close on behalf of #Clarion which included work in 3 residential blocks, Gladstone House, Chart House and Fountain House.
The main work involved the replacement of gas distribution services from external bulk gas meters, rising externally, entering the blocks at second floor level, and running internally to each property and then installing gas pipework withing each flat for the boiler and cooker to a total of over 150 properties over 3 floors.
The pipework on the 3rd floor required boxing and all penetrations required firestopping for compliance with the appropriate legislation.
The works were completed in close co-operation with Clarion’s site team including fortnightly Health and Safety inspections.
