When City West Homes wanted to renew the boilers located in the roof plant rooms at Semley Place and Fountain Court they turned to Invicta.
Based upon a high scoring PQQ and ITT quality submission Invicta were chosen to undertake the works in these two blocks of flats close to Victoria Station in Westminster.
The flats provide accommodation in the form of 197 flats and there are commercial units and a nursery. The works had to cater for the minimum of disruption to residents and business users.
The works were completed ahead of schedule to Invicta’s usual high standards.
