Projects - Southwark Council Replacement Heating Schemes

Southwark Council engaged Invicta to replace the communal heating systems at four of its estates.

Works involved the removal of existing systems and the replacement of new boiler plant, pumps, associated equipment controls and electrics within the plant rooms, plus new heating and hot water service distribution pipework around each of the estates.

On one estate, a new thermal store, radiators and pipework were installed within the dwellings of the leaseholders and tenants.
