Invicta have been awarded another project by L&Q this year.
The works entail the renewal and modification of the existing 2no obsolete Central Heating Boilers with 1no new gas fired non-condensing boiler, all associated pipework and new boiler is to be installed connected to the existing chimney system.
A new Plate Heat Exchanger will be installed to help protect the new boiler from contamination from the old heating system.
The two existing gas fired water heaters will also be replaced with two new HWS calorifiers connected to the new boiler, with new pipework and the modification of all associated pipework, to allow connection of the new HWS calorifiers.
All of the above will be completed within a short 3 week programme.
