Project Description
Origin Housing’s flagship £25m urban regeneration scheme in Watermill Lane, Edmonton is another new build scheme currently benefitting from Invicta’s collaboration with the main contractor.

The redevelopment will contain 221 new self-contained apartments and houses built over three consecutive phases, with over half of the apartments being allocated to hospital staff, with the remainder being social rent and shared ownership.

The company will install site wide services, hot and cold water services to each dwelling, individual condensing boilers, above ground drainage and rainwater services, together with other associated services.
