London Borough of Camden have invited Invicta to renew the communal heating and the individual hot water systems within 140 properties on this large inner London estate comprising six blocks of flats.
Whilst work is carried out heating and hot water services must be maintained at all times with interruptions limited to a maximum of four hours.
This scheme involves: –
- Replacement of boilers, pumps, flues and the like whist maintaining supply.
- Replacement of arterial above ground heating mains.
- Replacement of heating systems, hot water combination thermal stores and domestic controls within dwellings.
- Removal of the Domestic Cold Water Tanks within Each Dwelling.
- Removal of redundant services.
- Associated builderswork, decoration works and making good.
- Commissioning.
