On behalf of the London Borough of Lambeth, Mitie has commissioned Invicta to undertake works to renew the boiler plant serving the 36 flats on this inner London estate.
In addition to works in the communal areas, works will also have to be carried out in individual dwellings. Invicta’s Resident Liaison Officer will co-ordinate the works within homes to ensure that there is the minimum of disruption to the residents’ daily routines.
