We worked on behalf of the Contract Administrator for Medway Borough Council to modernise the boiler room services and associated pipework at Burnt Oak School in Gillingham.
The school is a 2 storey pre-fabricated building constructed in 2007, and the project related specifically to the removal of two existing heating boilers and replacement with two brand new Remeha Quinta Ace 115 wall units.
It was essential that works were completed out of term time and we arranged a five day programme during the October half-term period to comply with this essential requirement.
