Invicta were please to be invited to complete modernisation works in this three-storey block of eight flats owned by The Royal Borough of Greenwich.
The project comprised of:
1) The installation of new boilers in the cleaners cupboard on the ground floor.
2) The installation of a pipework from the new boilers to the existing plant room.
3) The installation of a plate heat exchanger in the existing plant room to separate the new boilers from the old system.
4) The installation of a pressurisation unit and expansion vessel connected to the new boiler system.
5) Connection of new equipment to the existing communal heating and hot water system.
6) Removal of redundant equipment.
The modernisation programme was successfully completed within its four week window.
