Invicta are delighted to be working on behalf of the the London Borough of Lambeth. Works in the Fosbury House boiler room on the Edmundsbury Estate in SW9 began in February 2022.
Invicta are carrying out remedial and replacement works within the existing central boiler room serving the block.
This contract includes the design of the new system, asbestos surveying, the replacement of a boiler and pipework services, system distribution pumps, control panels and the co-ordination of the associated services.
And we have been asked to prepare a notional design of the future installation to ensure that the control system design allows for the future installation with n+1 capability.
