The works comprise of the strip out of the existing boiler plant including one boiler, a gas fired hot water heater, flues, pumps, a pressurisation and expansion vessel unit and all associated pipework within the boiler room. The other existing boiler will remain in situ.
The existing main gas run to the main gas meter in the basement of another building will also be stripped out.
The new installation will comprise of two gas fired boilers, a gas fired hot water heater, flue, pumps, pressurisation equipment and associated controls and ancillaries within the plant room A new gas pipe will also be installed from the main gas meter and refeed all existing connections.
The works will be carried out in the school summer holidays and Invicta looks forward to working for this new client.
The value of the project is £90k and the works will take 3 weeks to complete.
